Admission process

Registration & Application	Prospectus and Admission Application Forms are available at the School Administrative Office. Duly completed forms, along with the non-refundable registration fee, must be submitted within the announced timelines. Registration is mandatory but does not guarantee admission.
Interaction & Assessment	Play Group & Nursery: Admission is based on age eligibility and a gentle, informal interaction with the child and parents. No written test is conducted. LKG to Class IX: Admission is subject to a written assessment evaluating foundational literacy, numeracy, and grade-appropriate conceptual understanding, followed by an interaction. The assessment serves as a diagnostic tool aligned with NEP 2020’s competency-based approach.
Admission Offer & Confirmation	Successful candidates will receive a formal Admission Offer Letter. Admission is confirmed only upon payment of all prescribed fees and submission of original documents within the stipulated deadline.

The following original documents, along with one attested photocopy, must be submitted at the time of admission:

School Leaving/Transfer Certificate (if applicable, countersigned by the appropriate authority).
Proof of Date of Birth (Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat Birth Certificate or equivalent).
Aadhaar Card copies of the Student, Father, and Mother.
Student’s Immunization/Health Record.
Progress Report/Report Card from the previous school (for Class I onward).
Caste Certificate (if applying under SC/ST/OBC category).
Passport-sized Photographs:
- Student: 5 copies
- Each Parent/Guardian: 2 copies
